During the MINECON 2016 event, held in Anaheim, California from September 24 to 25, attendees with a registered Minecraft account received this exclusive cape. This event featured keynotes from community members including, one from the Hypixel build team, building contests, news about the Pocket Edition modding API, and more. This was the last in-person MINECON event.
